I’ve always been drawn to the question of how we can live and work well — not just achieve, but sustain ourselves in the process.
Many of the people I work with are ambitious, capable, and used to operating at a high level. They know how to perform, how to deliver, and how to take responsibility. What’s often less clear is how to do that in a way that is both effective and sustainable over time.
My work is shaped by a belief that success and wellbeing are not opposing forces. When approached with clarity and intention, they strengthen each other.
Before this work, I spent over 30 years in business and leadership roles across a range of industries, including accountancy practice, French couture fashion, energy trading, aviation, and property.
I’ve run businesses, led global teams, and worked in high-pressure, high-stakes environments. I understand the demands, the pace, and the expectations — as well as the quieter cost that can come with sustaining that over time.
This experience continues to inform how I think, how I work, and the level at which I engage with clients.
My role is not to direct or prescribe, but to think alongside you.
The work is conversational and reflective, focused on creating clarity, strengthening perspective, and supporting you to make decisions and shape ways of living and working that feel both effective and aligned.
I take a whole-person view — recognising that how we think, work, lead, and live are all interconnected. Energy, health, environment, and mindset are not separate concerns; they are part of the same system.
I am a professionally trained coach, accredited at PCC level with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the global gold standard in coaching.
I hold myself to a high standard of practice, grounded in the ICF’s code of ethics and supported by ongoing supervision, mentoring, and continued professional development.
Alongside this, I am a qualified health coach, with a long-standing interest in the role that nutrition, lifestyle, and environment play in sustaining energy and performance.
My work is underpinned by a philosophy I call Clare Vie — clear, bright living.
It reflects a way of approaching life and leadership with clarity, intention, and a focus on what truly matters. Not just achieving more, but doing so in a way that is considered, sustainable, and aligned.
If this way of thinking resonates, then the work tends to follow naturally.
