Too many ambitious professionals push themselves to the brink, believing that success requires sacrificing their wellbeing. We’re taught how to achieve, but not how to sustain ourselves in the process. Understanding how to manage stress, set boundaries, and prioritise wellbeing should be just as fundamental as academic learning, but most of us have had to learn these skills the hard way.
I know this firsthand. Working in a high-pressure role in the physical energy sector, I pushed through exhaustion, believing resilience meant working harder. Eventually, burnout forced me to step back and rethink everything. That experience eventually led me to coaching via a natural health route which completely reshaped my approach to success and wellbeing.
Now, my mission is to help others build resilience, avoid burnout, and achieve their aspirations in business and life without compromising their health and happiness. Through coaching, I empower professionals to develop these essential skills so they can perform at their best in a sustainable way. It’s never too late to make these changes, and by starting these conversations, we can bring much-needed awareness and transformation.
I am equipped to help you because I am a professionally trained and accredited coach at the PCC level with the ICF (International Coaching Federation), the Gold Standard in Coaching. This means that I take what I do very seriously. I adhere to the ICF’s code of ethics, core values and standards, I also regularly undergo supervision, mentoring and additional training so that I am always up to date and on track to fulfil my mission to be the best coach that I can possibly be.
I am also an experienced accountant and businesswomen who over the last 30 years has run small to medium sized businesses and teams of people both locally and internationally across many industries including accountancy practice, French couture fashion, physical energy trading, aviation, and property. I understand the challenges work and life can throw at you.
