My motto has always been “I Aspire to be More.” I know I’m not alone in this — so many ambitious professionals feel the same drive. But what I’ve learned, both personally and through coaching others, is that the biggest barrier to achieving more isn’t always external — often, it’s ourselves.
Too many high-achievers push themselves to the brink, believing that success demands sacrificing wellbeing. We’re taught how to achieve, but rarely how to sustain ourselves in the process. Skills like managing stress, setting boundaries, and protecting energy are fundamental, yet most of us only learn them the hard way.
I know this firsthand. During my career in the physical energy sector, I pushed relentlessly, thinking resilience meant working harder. I ignored the signs of exhaustion until burnout forced me to stop and re-evaluate. That experience set me on a new path — through natural health and into coaching — reshaping my understanding of success, resilience, and wellbeing.
Now, I help professionals and leaders aspire to be more — in ways that are sustainable. My mission is simple: to empower high-achievers to build resilience, perform at their best, and reach new levels of success without compromising health or happiness.
I am a professionally trained and accredited coach at PCC level with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the gold standard in coaching. I take what I do seriously: I uphold the ICF’s code of ethics, values, and standards, and I regularly invest in supervision, mentoring, and ongoing training to stay at my best.
Alongside my coaching qualifications, I bring over 30 years of business and leadership experience across industries as diverse as accountancy practice, French couture fashion, energy trading, aviation, and property. I’ve run businesses, led global teams, and navigated the pressures of high-stakes
environments. I understand the challenges, the expectations, and the toll it can take.
