The Reset Cleanse has been designed to give the body a brief break from the onslaught of modern-day life. Because body and mind are interlinked, the state of one affects the other, so we need to take a holistic view in order to heal and reach a state of good health.

Modern life delivers a constant battering to our minds and bodies. Poor diet, lack of sleep, stress, toxic chemicals (voluntarily and involuntarily) ingested, overuse of technology and a sedentary lifestyle lead us to a “state of overload”. As humans we are amazing, we are capable of dealing with multiple attacks from various sources but there comes a point when we start to break down. And, because we are all unique the point at which this breakdown occurs is different for all of us.

The Reset Cleanse will help you take a short break from this daily onslaught, take stock of where you are with your lifestyle behaviours and reset those that no longer serve you.

Is the Reset Cleanse for me?

If you are experiencing one or more of the following symptoms it is likely that you are in a “state of overload” and the Reset Cleanse would be beneficial to you:

Please be aware that for you to get the most out of the Reset Cleanse we need you to be fully engaged in the process. A period should be chosen when you can devote the necessary time and attention to yourself. This time won’t be wasted – you will be richly rewarded with improved health and a sense of well being.

How Long will the Reset Cleanse Take?

The duration of a typical cleanse will depend partly on your personal circumstances but you should expect it to take 4-6 weeks and consist of the following phases:

  • The Reset Cleanse
  • Making it Sustainable

Each week of the reset you will meet your coach either virtually or in person to be guided through each phases, with each session lasting approximately 60 minutes.
